High Performance Pollution-Free Antioxidant 1024 Of Hindered Phenol And Hydrazide
1, Name:Fundaox 1024 / high performance efficient pollution-free antioxidant
2, Appearance:white crystalline powder
3, CAS No.:32687-78-8
4, Function:high resistance to extraction and low volatility; Odorless and tasteless.
5, Use:polyolefin materials
Description:
Fundaox 1024 is a high performance efficient pollution-free antioxidant, it has a dual structure of hindered phenol and hydrazide, also has antioxidant and metal deactivator function. As the metal deactivator, it will not cause color stains, can be used alone or with other general antioxidant, has excellent synergistic effect. It can be used for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyamide, polyester, especially suitable for phenolic antioxidant. It can effectively avoid self-oxidation due to the metal ions (such as catalyst residue).
Applications:
1. In the insulated wire and cable with polymer (including and polyolefin elastomer), the perfect melting characteristics makes it easily mixed into the polymer and other polymer systems without dispersion problem.
2. It can be used in polyolefin materials in contact with the metal copper.
3. It can be used as an effective processing and end-use stabilizer with the talc polyolefin as filler, and Fundaox 1010 mixed for the best performance.
4. In the rubber products (synthetic or natural rubber latex particle) as effective resistance to extraction stabilizer, especially the hose NBR fuel and gasoline. If used in conjunction with phenolic antioxidants (such as: appropriate Fundaox 245) will play a stabilizing role of excellence. Equally effective in polypropylene resin polymerization.
